Rows are ordered by what a salon actually pays — the list price plus the priced extras drawn beside it. Published list prices as of September 2026, before card processing. Booksy charges $29.99 for the first tech and $20 a month for each one after, with no published cap; Fresha charges $14.95 per bookable team member and Mangomint $120 per location plus $10 per user. Striped amber segments are the monthly extras with a published price, add-ons or spending the contract requires; one-time fees and extras without a published price are named but not drawn, and so are marketing, website and SEO retainers — MAC's and Fastboy's alike — which are separate services, not what a salon needs to run its book. Fastboy's striped segment is 3,000 texts at their 2.5¢, the volume our price covers. Fresha's marketplace fee and Booksy's Boost commission are both drawn at ten new clients a month on a $40 first visit; a salon that brings its own clients pays less, one that leans on their marketplace pays more, and Boost is opt-in. In fairness to Booksy, its price includes unlimited appointment reminders and 2,000 marketing texts a month. MAC's bar is their entry package at $288; their best seller is $380 and their top package $475. Those packages bundle marketing we do not sell — social posts, a website and SEO — so the software-for-software gap is narrower than the bar makes it look. Sen’s bar is $49 a month, the price when card processing runs through us; without it Sen is $149 a month for up to 10 techs, and $6 a month for each tech after that.

What does it cost?
Your first month is free. After that it is $49 a month when your card processing runs through us — or $149 a month without it, the same software either way, for the whole salon. At $49 there is no per-tech fee; at $149 the price covers up to 10 techs and each tech after that is $6 a month. Everything is included: booking, calendar, point of sale, texting, loyalty, payroll and more. No setup cost, no contract, cancel anytime. Card processing is priced separately.
Can you move my data from Fresha or Vagaro?
Yes, and it's free. We migrate your clients, appointment history and service menu for you — we've moved salons with over 100,000 appointments without losing a record. Your data stays yours, and you can export it anytime.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
No. Sen runs in the browser on the front-desk computer or tablet you already have, and on every tech's phone — nothing to install. Card terminals are optional and only come into play if you use our merchant services.
Does it work in Vietnamese?
Yes — the whole app switches between English and Tiếng Việt with one tap, so you and your techs can each work in the language you prefer. This website too.
How do text reminders and client replies work?
The app texts clients automatic appointment reminders, and their replies come back to a two-way Inbox at the front desk. You can also turn on marketing autopilot — time-to-rebook nudges, birthday offers and win-back messages that send themselves.
