BT CoAI Corp operates the BT Co.AI appointment app for salons and sends text messages on behalf of the salon you booked with (the "Program"). These terms apply to every text message sent through the Program.
Every message names the salon it comes from.
You opt in by ticking the unchecked consent box when you book or check in online, which reads: "Yes, text me appointment reminders and confirmations from [salon name]. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of booking." Clients who book in person or by phone may give the same consent verbally to salon staff, who record it. By opting in you confirm that you are the owner or an authorized user of the mobile number provided.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to subscribe again. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking or of any purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program is available on major U.S. carriers; message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier.
We do not share your mobile number. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Read the full privacy policy.
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued participation in the Program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
